This is the best gym I have ever been to! I am NOT the type of person who will make myself go to the gym to do a workout, but with the class-based nature of this space, it is perfect for me. I have been going here for almost a year now, and the community at EB+ is absolutely incredible! I recommend this gym to anyone who wants to try it!
I’ve found my favorite fitness studio at Every Body Plus. The instructors are welcoming and always help to make workouts accessible. You come for yourself and your workout. The vibes are immaculate and it’s much more fun coming to the studio rather than your usual gym. The barre + Pilates fusion is my favorite (the instructors leave you feeling sore for days but in a good way) but you can’t go wrong with any of the classes.
I’ve been going here for about a year and a half, and I’m so glad with the decision! I was immediately drawn in to this studio because of the variety of classes taught here- specifically pole, which is a rarity in Buffalo. All the instructors are lively and all willing to meet you where you are at. Workout classes can be stressful if you feel inexperienced enough and unable to do some of the exercises. The instructors here are really good at meeting you where you are and pushing, but never beyond your own limits. Very inclusive and welcoming space to all, regardless of your level, ability, or background.
This was the first gym I’ve visited when I moved to Buffalo, and I’ve been going for the past year and a half! It has everything I need in terms of classes - yoga, barre, Pilates, pole. Cristy has created a fantastic space and community. I’d been nervous to retry higher level pole classes since I had a bad experience at another gym, but the instructor Steph was so kind and helpful. She is invested and encouraging of where I am at and my progress, and I will take any class she teaches! I recommend this gym to everyone - it is truly for everybody, plus.
I have been a member here for over a year now and it’s truly been life changing! I moved here from across the country and didn’t have many friends but I will forever be grateful to Kristy for the community she has built with Every Body Plus. I’ve made so many friends since joining and truly feel apart of something wonderful! The classes are awesome and there’s so many choices as well as pop ups which keep things exciting. The drinks and other offerings in addition to an on site spa -on top of everything- really is the cherry on top! The instructors are welcoming, easy to talk to and are extremely helpful with any assistance or modifications. This place is truly FOR EVERYBODY!!!
