Reyyan did excellent work on my car. He was incredibly kind, focused and detail oriented. I don't typically keep my car that clean and he made it look brand new. This man is a master at his craft. I would recommend anyone looking to get a car detailed to use this company. Exceeded all expectations, I will absolutely use them again.
I recommend you try another place. I took a chance here and didn't have the best experience. This was a birthday gift for my girlfriend. First - I booked the appointment on their website. On the day of the appointment, just a couple hours before, I got a call from the owner telling me there was a mistake and could he do it the next day because he wasn't available to have it done on the day I chose, which I paid an immediate deposit for. Fortunately, the gift wasn't on her actual birthday and it was still a weekend, so I was able to be understanding and flexible about it, but it left a bad taste. The next day, he texts me ahead of time to confirm everything and I'm thinking everything is cool. Until I get a text well after the scheduled time from my girlfriend asking me when they are supposed to be there. They ultimately wound up showing up 45 minutes late to the appointment. Just not cool, especially after the first mishap. The job they ended up doing was just not very thorough. They didn't clean the middle console at all, leaving hair and whatever, I don't think they even looked in it, even though my girlfriend made sure to empty it of everything. After I saw they didn't do that, I gave the car a quick once over, not even looking at everything, but just quickly looking under the driver's seat in the back and I could see a stray pencil and other debris left over. I'm sure if I looked in other places I would have more areas they didn't do. These guys just didn't do a very thorough job and that's that. Just kind of a decent once over. I'll say the car was definitely cleaner than it was before, but if you are expecting a place to keep their word and stick to a schedule and do a very thorough and detailed job, these guys disappoint. You can probably do just as thorough a job yourself as what these guys will do with your own vacuum and an hour. I think you should just go with a different place. Maybe you'll have a better experience.
This was my first car detail, relatively new car. I honestly didn’t think I even needed it but it was a gift from my kids. WOW! It’s amazing the difference. I have a cream interior and it looks new. I’d definitely book again, owner is highly responsive to texts.
Having a mobile detailing service was very ideal for our hectic life. Reyyan was very professional and very detailed in his job. He did a fantastic job with our family van. After he was done it was like we just purchased the van from a dealership. He was correct that you can always find other services to detail your vehicle but I don’t believe you will find his quality. Dealership quality! Also remember they do offer a 10% discount if you provide your email address on his website. We will definitely be a repeat customer! Excellent service!
Terrific! I have a 3 year old, and a German Sheperd. With white leather seats! I am wanting to trade it for a larger car. The car was gross, dog hair everywhere, the baby had spilled a chocolate milk that I did not know, a pop spilled in the cup holders, it was just disgusting. I was embarrassed to take it to the dealer for warranty work. Reyyan was very polite, professional, and I forgot he was even there at some points. His prices were reasonable, I felt it was well worth it considering how bad it looked and smelled. He was even able to get a stain out that none of the other detailers had been able to from my son leaving mail in my seat in hot AZ son. I’m impressed. Thank you so much!
