⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Big S/O to Everybody Loves Wireless — hell I love em too 😂 All the ladies in here are sweet respectful and always show love. I’ve been coming here for years and I swear I’m in here every two days or so getting screen protectors for both my phones iPhone 16 Pro Max and Galaxy S25 Ultra 😭💀 They take care of me every single time no questions asked. They’ve fixed a couple of my phones and never miss. Customer service is A1 vibes always right. I won’t go nowhere else and they know that. I know this place has had a few owners since I first used them about 2005. But each time I needed their help, they came through with flying colors. Early this summer, I needed help with getting my Gmail icon on my home screen, and they did if in no time. My old Kyocera slider phone was fixed there many time in the past, and now sits in their little museum. Check it out, the museum, and get great service while you're there.
They did really well, were super friendly and genuinely seek your best interest. My phone had problems with gps navigation, the reader, and earpiece, I had gone to the Ideas phone repair prior to this one that told me a chip needed to be replaced that would take two weeks and cost $200 however in this store they actually examined it and were able to fix the problem in less than an hour for half the price the other store told us and stated exactly what was wrong. And have 3 moths warranty. Overall the service was great and is trustworthy.
Have been a customer for years now. The staff is always helpful no matter how busy they are. Amazing service and unlike typical carrier stores they are very personal. Every time I've visited, it seems like the community shows up, not just customers. If Cheers had a store, this would be it. 10 out of 10
The place gave me very welcoming vibes , they gave me good information. , phone repairs were quick , jaela was very helpful for me and I definitely would come back!!!
