A space to make your own! I am giving a 5-star review because of the value of this space and because the Evntfull team worked extra hard to accommodate a sticky situation I put us in. I do have some notes - the parking situation at the venue is not the best and usually the team is quick to respond but other times it took a couple days or phone calls to hear back. As long as you come prepared and are proactive, I think you will really enjoy this space. It's so hard to find an affordable event space in the OC that fits a large number of guests and allows you to bring your own food, alcohol, and decorations. Most places force you to use their catering team or are way too expensive. However, Evntfull had the perfect package for us and had plenty of space for us to host our event the way we wanted to without breaking the bank. The interior of the space is intimate and the high ceilings and large windows make it feel luxurious. The bathroom facilities are nice and the provided fridge was so helpful to have. I messed up and didn't book enough time for setup before our event so the Evntfull team had to rush in after one event finished, and speed cleaned while we setup our event around them so that we could start our event on time. We are grateful for their team. Overall, our event was a success and our party guests loved the space. We would use Evntfull Space again for our future events.
We recently hosted our baby shower at Evntfull Space for about 50 guests, and it was the perfect venue! Booking was so easy -- I worked with Josh, who provided so many helpful details about hosting an event there. They even offer rental items for convenience like tables, chairs, linens, and more. We rented tables and chairs, and they were already set up exactly according to the layout I sent a few days prior, which saved us so much time. Josh and the team were always quick to answer any questions I had, which made planning stress-free. I didn't get a chance to visit beforehand, so I relied on their social media, Google, and Yelp photos, but I was so pleasantly surprised -- the space is even better in person! The natural light was gorgeous for photos and really brightened the room. Since it was a hot day, we were also very thankful for the included AC. Josh stopped by before the event to make sure we were all set. We hired a taco caterer, and Josh had no problem with them setting up in the parking lot right outside the venue. Parking is somewhat limited, but Josh provided a resource I could share with guests ahead of time, which was super helpful. The space was spotless and well-organized when we arrived. Cleanup was simple -- trash cans were available on site with dumpsters outside, and cleaning supplies were provided just in case. We had such a wonderful experience at Evntfull Space and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, functional, and well-managed venue!
We hosted an engagement party at Evntfull recently. We found this place on Instagram and fell in love with the place after our first tour. Their team is friendly and accommodating from the very moment we got in touch with them. The space was already open and clean that decorating for the event was easy and very minimal yet so beautiful. The Evntfull Team is very clear with items we were able to bring in. We brought in a taco vendor and catering. Our event was a big hit and will be recommending this venue to family friends. The only downside is parking is limited but we had family and friends who didn't mind the short walk. Overall, we highly recommend touring the space the pictures and videos of the place is beautiful and you have to see it yourself. Thank you Evntfull Team !
We hosted our baby shower here and we had a wonderful experience. We bought the 5 hour all inclusive package which is a good deal but actually needed an extra hour to enough time for set up and break down for our baby shower. The facility was clean and easy to work with Josh the owner! He was there to help me open the doors and we had a seamless set up and break down with our food vendors. He was great with communication and very clear and proactive with his follow up. All my guests loved the space and how aesthetic it was! It’s literally a blank canvas to make your dreams come true. The parking situation is not the best however I knew this coming in (they are transparent about the limited parking) so I was worried but none of my guests complained. I would 10/10 recommend this beautiful venue for all your special events!
I hosted my daughter’s 18th birthday party at eventful. The venue is spacious and clean. It’s also affordable , they have inclusive packages that include tables, chairs, and linens. Our guest enjoyed the venue. I had a Photo Booth in the back room, the Photo Booth attendant was able fit all the Photo Booth equipment in that room. I had a DJ in the main hall and a taco vendor in the parking lot. Eventful was a perfect space for my event . Josh is very attentive and friendly. Whenever I had questions I would email or text him and he would reply promptly and was very helpful.
