I've been loving my experience with Exhale! The front desk staff are always so welcoming, and my facials with Jill always leave me glowing and happy. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, and my skin always looks and feels better than ever when I leave. Would definitely recommend booking a facial with her! The hamman and sauna are also wonderful as well!
I had a wonderful experience at Exhale in Boston. It was my first time at this location, my massage with David was excellent. Carter checked me in and was so accommodating showing me the facility and making sure I had what I need. The sauna was an excellent add on to my treatment as well. The spa was clean, plenty of towels and overall a perfect afternoon. Parking was validated, accessible and super easy given the North End area is tough for parking. The prices are also very reasonable for a Boston based Spa. I will be back.
The staff is very welcoming. Luke helped me check in and out. I booked my fist signature spa massage here at Exhale and Mo was my provider. His hands were very soft. He did an amazing job - it was very professional and just the right type of pressure I asked for. I’ll be coming back for more services.
First, let me start by saying I’m a local and literally live next-door to the spa. I received a gift card for a big birthday and was looking forward to a massage. The good: knowledgeable and helpful front staff and good massage with Khandii. That is literally the only reason for the 2 stars. Upon checkout I was told I couldn’t use the gift card on their current January promotion . What??? A gift card is as good as cash. Their reasoning- we offer discounts sometimes on the purchase of a gift card so let’s punish the recipient! They automatically add the 20% Gratuity which I find obnoxious, But I Knew this and Fortunately Was happy with my massage. After I booked the massage I noticed an additional 5% facilities fee in my email confirmation which was also going to be applied. Huh? For a 50 minute Massage? Are they trying to pay for their Renovations? The Unfortunate thing is that I was actually considering becoming a member because I enjoyed my massage and live next-door. Absolutely will not happen now. Save your money there many other places in Boston that don’t try to rip you off.
I cannot say enough good things about this place!! I’ve been seeing Jill for facials for over a year now, and she is hands down the BEST. She’s so knowledgeable, always knows exactly what my skin needs, and I always leave glowing she’s seriously transformed my skin. For massages, I love Nikki for deep tissue and Shannon for flow, both are amazing in their own ways. Nikki is amazing at finding every tight spot and working it out perfectly; she gives the perfect amount of pressure and always leaves me feeling brand new. Shannon, on the other hand, has such a calming energy and gives the most relaxing, fluid massage. If you’re looking for facials or massages, definitely book with Jill, Nikki, or Shannon, they are the absolute best.
