I've been training with Isaiah for the past 3 years. It became clear very early on that he possessed the expertise and motivation that I needed in order to achieve long lasting results. He's taught me about movement and proper form. He creates workouts that are both challenging and fun. Never boring. Lots of hard work and laughs. Since 2022 I have seen a steady increase in my muscle mass and a steady decrease in body fat. I feel great. Working with Isaiah has become an important practice to manage both my physical and mental health. While I may have been nervous and lacked confidence in the beginning, I'm a regular gym-bro, now!
Isaiah is a great trainer! He has helped me find a food plan that works, gives great encouragement to stay on track, very educated in the process of improving health. Losing inches and pounds while dealing with slowing metabolism is possible!! I'm down nearly 70 lbs and am stronger and leaner thanks to the help of Exodus Fitness!
Isaiah is great! I used to hate working out but now I absolutely love it. Isaiah made me love the gym as the results I’ve been seeing amazing results. Not only does he push you to be your best, Isaiah makes working out fun!
I’ve been working out with Isaiah for two years now. Best decision I’ve ever made. Ive lost 35lbs in total and and have been able to maintain it. I’ve tried many programs before and this is by far the most successful. I attribute that to his passion for fitness and his knowledge on not only the work out portion but the nutrition. He makes all of the workouts fun and has become a friend. If you’re interested in getting in shape and having a fun with a community, exodus is your spot!
I can't begin to put into words how amazing my experience with Isaiah and Exodus has been. He has given me my life back! I struggled to do the simplest of daily tasks before starting with Isaiah, and even after a short time I've gotten so much stronger. He truly cares about the people he works with and is SO encouraging. I look forward to my sessions and I've NEVER enjoyed working out before. It is the hardest thing I've done and he knows how to push you to do more than you ever thought you could. I am so thankful and am looking forward to continuing to see what I can do!
