I enjoyed my service here. I walked in around 11 on Sunday and was able to be seen right away. Ms Cameron did my wash and she was very thorough, Que did my silk press and I love my results. I will need to do an update once I wash my hair, I am hoping I do not have any heat damage but for now I highly recommend.
Everyone was nice and the stylist’s were super gentle. I had an appointment for their silk press deal and I was seen quickly. They made sure to ask what you wanted and gave good hair advice. I also got a trim and my hair looks and feels great!
Great first experience! Everyone was very nice and helpful. I got the new client silk press treatment. Shampoo and hair masks felt great! Took time to do all treatments. I haven’t had my hair sip pressed in over a year and it was definitely worth the experience. Beverages and snacks were offered. Great music selection. My hair feels great. Would definitely come back and recommend. Thank you Priscilla and Mahelet!! A trim was much needed and my hair feels much healthier
I took my daughter in for a curly cut. Before beginning she showed the stylist a picture that she wanted. Not only did she not cut the style but she cut so much of her hair off. Her ends are now split, uneven, frizzy and her hair will not hold a curl as it did before. I did a follow up call to share my concerns and discuss a fix. The woman that I spoke to was rude and continuously cut me off. She lacked any empathy regarding my daughter’s hair. The woman at the front desk kept saying that it was a styling and product issue. I asked the owner to give me a call and I still have not received a call. I have no confidence that this salon can help me with a resolution. The first picture is a picture of my daughter’s beautiful curly hair a week ago and the other three pictures are after the hair cut at the salon.
I’m from KC and when I say in my 25 years of living I’ve never had a silk press like this I mean it!! Customer service was amazing from when I called up there to when I left! The whole team is a vibe and I could tell they took care of everyone’s hair with the same delicate hand you need for natural hair! I’ve never had a stylist detangle my hair before shampoo and was so impressed by how they detangled it gently. I’m very tender headed and the fact that I wasn’t in pain at any point really helped seal the deal. I’m so impressed with who took care of me because of how much she was teaching me while I was in her chair. I don’t want to say the wrong person of who took care of me because she was a 10/10 but honestly they all seemed phenomenal. Definitely go here if yall are in the area!
