Luis, the owner, impressed me with his customer-centric approach. He fixed a small but deep scratch on my new car’s tail light for FREE! A business owner who prioritizes customer satisfaction over profit! I initially sent him a picture of the scratch and asked for a quote. He promptly responded to my inquiry on a Sunday afternoon and offered free DIY advice to save my money. Realizing I needed help, he asked me to bring my car in (same day) for a free inspection and offered to remove the scratch for free if it’s a quick fix. Wow!
