Very rude customer service on the phone. They overcharged me and yet did the wrong service and didn’t apply the deposit. Called back and the customer service lady was the most unpleasant person I ever spoke to. They are horrible and very condescending. It’s my dollars. I have the right to ask for it. Lashes didn’t even last 24hrs and destroyed my own lashes. NEVER GOING BACK!! Beware of this business
Eyebrows done by Artii! It’s painful if your eyebrows are very grown out but love the results 🥰 very nice people and good customer service. It was super quick even with a line. I Recommend and will come back.
Love this place! Arti has done an amazing job on my brows every time! They get a little then in the middle and she always makes sure to not take too much off. She even stops to show me the mirror midway and allow me to say yes or no to removing more hair to ensure my satisfaction. I never have to wait long and the price is reasonable. Thank you Arti!
Arti I love her. I recently moved here from Miami and didn’t have a new eyebrow today and I chose to try them out due to finding them on TikTok and I swear that was the best choice ever she is super nice. Super patient and get the job done. Also, whoever the young ladies at the desk is wonderful, very welcome me thank you again
I have been coming to eye candy Irving for a year now and have had a few different brow techs but Winnie has hands down been my favorite. She is so sweet and accommodating as I can be particular about my brows after being with my old brow lady for 5yrs prior to moving it is hard finding one that is attentive to your needs. Winnie is just that and more including being so personable. Would definitely recommend this shop and her if you are looking!
