Phones constantly say practice is closed during business hours. Nobody returns messages. Scheduled appointments get changed around so often even my calendar app can't keep up anymore. Done dealing with the nonsense and found another practice.
Dr. Colorado and the rest of the team do a great job. I was able to schedule an appointment and be seen the same day.
Amazing set up. Relaxed feel! Dr. Colorado will make sure you are well informed about your eyes and how to care for them. Glasses of all shapes and tastes are there as well!
I have been a patient of Dr. Haven for several years, and am very appreciate of the care I have received! Everyone at this practice is kind, and communication is clear and thorough, which means a lot to me in a medical practice. Really glad to receive care here!
Google reviews and stars has failed me on this. Thanks guys. I came in for a first time visit and did not have a pleasant experience there. They were somewhat rude, except for the nice front desk blonde woman who found my insurance policy before arriving. I felt very unwelcomed there. The technician talked to me with her back facing me, speaking softly to where I couldn't understand her. Snapping bad images. Dr. was rushing and didn't allow me to ask her questions about contact options. I'm new to Austin so I have plenty of time to find a new permanent eye care service. Seems as they're probably selective with who they provide excellent service, or maybe I didn't fit their ideal typical patient, who knows. Lack of customer service is something I'll never accept. Maybe I'll try Yelp next time
