I’ve been seeing Garry Regier, my Optometrist, for several decades. He is thorough, professional and personable. Eyes on the block has a great selection of frames. The people working there are all professional and helpful.
From scheduling my appointment to my visit, my experience was excellent! Everyone who works there is very nice and welcoming. Dr. was kind and explained everything clearly. I’m so glad I found this place and would definitely recommend it to everyone I know.
I recently went in for my annual eye exam with Dr. Garry L. Regier, O.D. APC and, as always, it was an exceptional experience. He is the most patient, attentive, and thorough eye doctor I have ever had. Dr. Regier takes the time to explain every detail in clear, reassuring language, which makes me feel completely confident in his care. His calm, genuine, and friendly presence turns what could be a routine appointment into something I genuinely look forward to. His team deserves equal praise. They are friendly, professional, and consistently deliver outstanding customer service. Every visit runs smoothly from start to finish, and I always leave feeling well taken care of. The office itself is immaculate, bright, and welcoming, with easy on-site parking that makes the entire experience even more convenient. The quality of care Dr. Regier provides is truly unmatched, and the value is excellent. As a patient for more than ten years, I can see and feel the pride he and his team take in their work, and that level of dedication shines through in every interaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Regier to anyone seeking an eye doctor who combines expertise, friendliness, and professionalism in every sense.
I had a bad experience years ago, so I have been avoiding this place for years, but I decided to give it a second chance today much to my huge regret. After the eye exam, I had told the receptionist that I did not want any glasses. I never definitively said I wanted anything. She tried to be pushy and say well if your boyfriend is paying for it anyway just do it. I said no. I'm not going to use them. I stepped into the restroom while my boyfriend was on his cell phone and when I came back out apparently they were already cutting them for me. Apparently, they asked my boyfriend to authorize it, but ****I**** am the patient and I did not authorize it. I told them I don't want them. I started crying. They said "well it's already being cut now. It's too late." I'm so far beyond irate. I feel violated. I need that money back to my boyfriend asap! I will bring the glasses back I just need this fixed!!! Do not go here, they do not listen to you! The only thing I asked for were eyedrop samples and they didn’t even give me those. I can’t believe how absolutely sick I feel about this. What kind of business lets a decision be made without the actual patients consent???? The longer that goes without rectification, the more it’s making my blood absolutely boil in anger over such a violation of the patient’s decision.
I’ve been going to Dr. Regier for over 30 years. He is the absolute best and his staff are professional, friendly and super organized. Almost everything is handled on site with professionalism and craftsmanship. I no longer work in downtown and I was there today, from the burbs, 30+ miles, for my annual eye exam.
