The staff here were incredible—friendly, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of our workout. They guided us through each session with care, making sure everyone, regardless of fitness level or health concerns, felt comfortable and challenged. Their support made the experience both motivating and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a team that balances encouragement with attentiveness so well. We left feeling accomplished and inspired, and there’s no doubt we’ll be coming back for more. Truly a top-notch experience!

First time trying F45, and I took the Romans class, one of their classic workouts. Overall, it was a great experience and very beginner friendly. I usually do more cardio than weight training, but this class felt very approachable. Coach Alex was super patient and took the time to explain each movement clearly. I really liked that you can adjust the weights based on your own needs, and just work at your own pace. Definitely enjoyed the session, and I’ll be coming back for more.
Corey was awesome. His energy is so positive. He takes his time to correct you during workouts which I appreciate a lot. I was contemplating not going because it was my first class and I was nervous of not being able to keep up, but I’m so glad I went. It was a great workout and I’m looking forward to returning. Thank you Corey for being a kind instructor and giving me a warm welcome for my first F45 class.
I started taking my health and exercise seriously about 5 years ago. I've tried at home yoga, running, community gyms, but NOTHING was as efficient as F45. I've lost the weight I've wanted to, kept it off, built muscle, all while going on autopilot with skills the trainers have taught me. I'm in the best shape of my life and feel the best I've ever felt. You can choose to go to any F45, but downtown LA is special. The owner (Oscar) is a bodybuilder who is passionate about fitness and it shows. He brings in vendors that can help you with your fitness journey (i.e. dietitian). He hires coaches that share the same passion. They helped me fix my form as a beginner, and then helped me reach personal records. I couldn't even sled push 1 plate at the beginning and now I can push 5!! Oscar and his team gave me nutritional advice after body scans. This was key to keeping me motivated--when you see your data is much more than simply what your body weight is, it gets you through the plateau. This studio gives you the tools you need in being the perfect accountability partner. I love coming to F45 downtown LA, it's the highlight of my week.
