I have always had good experiences with Fair Mechanical. They have always responded quickly and sent out knowledgeable techs to keep my HVAC system running. Recently our heat went out and a tech went above and beyond to find out that our furnace wasn’t really the issue- it was just a loose wire inside the system! He made the repair and double checked that everything was working properly. Within minutes our heat was fixed on a very cold day. Thank you, Fair Mechanical!

My 19 year old heat pump was failing and could not be updated. I called Danny, the owner of Fair Mechanical, because of a recommendation from a friend. He was there within 2 hours, did a thorough assessment of the situation, and gave me three options. I chose the high efficiency unit (which cost more) because of an available rebate. The unit was installed within a week. Matt (a wonderful young man), also instructed me in programming and setting the thermostat. I am very pleased with the installation, the price, and the crew I dealt with. I would highly recommend Fair Mechanical. They are trustworthy, and efficient. I am happy I found them.
Really happy with the service from Fair Mechanical. They came out, got my heat up and running fast, and the tech was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The tech knew exactly what was wrong and explained things in a way that made sense. My heat is working great now — highly recommend Fair Mechanical, for a fair price and a job done right the first time. Keep their telephone number handy just in case you need to “get er done” right the first time.
After calling around and getting different qoutes, I ended up going with Fair Mechincal because they had better pricing, higher quality units, and they actually seem to enjoy the work of HVAC. After everything was installed, I couldn't be happier with the results. The crew who did the install was friendly, polite, and wasn't afraid to answer any questions I had. Ultimately, everything turned out very clean and my HVAC is working like a charm.
