I’ve brought multiple vehicles to Familia Automotive over time, and every experience has been excellent. The work is consistently high-quality, fairly priced, and—most importantly—honest. I took my car here today due to a squeaking noise I’ve been hearing coming from underneath the hood of the car. After searching on Google and finding someone to take it to, I called Familia Automotive and they were able to see me the same day. From the moment I walked in the door, they were very welcoming and explained everything in a way that I was able to understand. I was asking about other services I felt the car needed, but they were honest and after inspecting the car, let me know that some of the concerns I was worried about was nothing to worry about. They could have easily tried to “fix” something that was not broken, but they did not do that. I normally go to another location for an oil change, but since I was already there, I asked them to do it which they were able to do the same day as well. After coming to this location and them explaining the process and how thorough they are, this will definitely be my go to spot for all services from now on. I’m so glad I found this honest, friendly, and professional business. Thank you so much Familia Automotive!
I called Klein first about replacing my starter, and he was totally okay with me buying the part myself. He told me to bring the VIN to make sure I got the right one, which immediately made me feel like he was honest and trustworthy. When I dropped off the car, he even offered to drive me to work nearby — really appreciated that. Around noon, he called to let me know he was running a little behind but assured me the car would still be done the same day. I liked that he kept me updated. Friendly, honest, and reliable service. I’d definitely recommend Familia Automotive.
(Attached pic shows awesome cleaning job the owner did under the hood on my 2007 Highlander: every engine part was covered in black oil residue or dirt from years of driving. This is one example of how the shop goes above and beyond regular maintenance and repairs!) Familia Auto always takes care of me and my family's vehicles! We take both our Toyota Highlander and Matrix in for all our maintenance or repair needs. From oil changes, to tune-ups, to scans when something isn't feeling right with the engine: Klent and his team are knowledgeable and willing to fit us in ASAP! There's so many things we respect and admire about Familia, but at the top of our list is the owner's honesty, fairness, and passion for educating his customers, while taking the best care of their vehicle. He listens actively to your concerns, then asks to inspect the vehicle himself before recommending or charging anything. His prices are fair and despite everything in our city, county, and state going up in price, he still does all he can to save his customers money or time returning again later to do more work. I always walk away feeling like I learned something new too! Never once have we left feeling taking advantage of, or dismissed. We recommended all our friends and family to Familia, and in addition to taking our vehicles there now, my dad and others take their vehicles in to Klent now too. If you have ever felt disregarded by an auto body shop or questioned the integrity of the work a dealership did on your vehicle, then you definitely need to give Familia a try now!
