Pooja was a pleasure to work with. Having discovered an old cassette tape that included the voice of my grandmother, since deceased, I was hesitant to use any service that required me to mail the tape out and possibly lose it. I also needed to return the tape to my mother (the actual owner) prior to leaving on a trip for a few months. She was slightly more pricey than other local bay area competitors I had googled and yelped. However, one didn't want to deal with a project of my small size, another had actually moved out of state, and I didn't want to deal with possible downtown parking in San Francisco or need to drive up to an hour each way TWICE to both drop off and THEN pick up the single tape because no one could offer one-day service. Pooja was very responsive and cared about my project and why I was seeking to geta digitized copy for me and each my siblings. She was able to turnaround the order quickly and arranging pick-up was easy. I would definitely recommend her to my friends. other local services, but they required a long drivePooja was very responsive and able to meet my fast turnaround requirement.

I found this location on Google and let me tell you after seeing all the 5 star reviews I decided to go for it. I called Pooja and she effectively answered all concerns or questions. She communicates really well and is very friendly. I had 1 tape converted to DVD in less than 2 hours. It was not included for her to fix the quality and some issues the cassette had but she did it with no extra charge. Thanks Pooja, the two hour drive was worth it, definitely recommend!

I contacted Family Memories Video with the challenge of transferring several VHS family videos with a short deadline, an also the concern that I'm handing over several irreplaceable memories in the hands of someone I don't know if I can trust. However upon interviewing several companies I selected to work with Pooja at Family Memories Video due to fair pricing, confidence in her competency, and trust I felt with our initial interactions. Pooja delivered on all she promised, and when some VHS videos were damaged she contacted me and requested permission to fix them, and she did, so that she can proceed. She not only transferred the videos, as any person could possibly do, but she had different equipment to use for specific VHS types (not all are the same) and then went through each transfer and removed all the possible squiggly lines, enhanced lighting, and modified the clarity as best possibly could be done. She is exceptional at her thoroughness and detail, and most of all she is very trustworthy. As a business owner myself, and considering all aspects necessary of a professional business, I strongly recommend this company for service! Thank you Pooja!
