Although I have not personally used the services of Family Network Adoption Center, I’ve had the opportunity to observe the incredible work they do in connecting children with loving, permanent families. Their commitment to ethical adoption practices, thorough family preparation, and child-centered placement is truly inspiring. It’s evident that they lead with compassion, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the importance of permanency for every child. Family Network Adoption Center is making a real difference in the lives of children and families, and their work deserves to be recognized and celebrated.
We can not say enough about how great Sarah, Anna, and Audrey have been through the start of our journey with the Family Adoption Network. What originally lead us to them is their beliefs and values towards birth mom's. Now beginning the home study/matching process has shown that their systems to upload documents, communication, and kindness make them the absolute best all around place for birth mom's and adopting families to begin the life long journey of adoption with.
After several other experiences - We had a refreshingly great working relationship with TFN for our home-study, post-placement visitations, and finalizing our adoption in California (of an out of state birth). The staff and Tiffany especially was very helpful, easy to work with, and above all they brought joyful energy with them. We had worked with a different social worker at another organization in the past that treated us (adoptive parents) as if we were criminals because my husband smoked pot in college and our silverware was in the typical unlocked kitchen drawer (months before we even had a baby in the house!) The counselors at TFN were thorough and rigorous in their vetting, while still being kind in what is a pretty challenging process.
My wife and I worked with Audrey and her team and cannot say enough good things about them. Our child's placement happened very quickly, which those who have been through the process know, can be very tricky. But Audrey and the other folks were extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and very responsive. And since adopting our child, they have continued to be available to us for questions we have had. We really appreciate all of their help!
