Very knowledgeable and courteous technicians. Each time I visit the store I am greeted with a smile, and they remember my previous visits and ask follow-up questions to ensure that my needs were met. I made a mistake in trying to repair my own watch, which was an anniversary gift from my wife may years ago, and Fast-Fix my was able to remedy my mistake and return my watch to me within minutes! I am very pleased with their service.
I am a return customer. I bring all of my watches here for batteries and band sizing. Fast and courteous service. They also have a nice selection of watches and other jewelry. I highly recommend.
Brought in a 50 year old bracelet for repairs but was rudely and immediately turned away as the lady at the front said it wasn’t real gold due to having different colors. She did not use anything else other than her “trained eye” to check the gold. We ended up going to a different jeweler who confirmed it was solid gold and was able to repair it quickly and had excellent communication with us. I have been with fast fix before but they are more expensive and less thorough than other smaller jewelry shops.
I have gone to Fast Fix for years, for battery replacement, watch and jewelry repair and today for a ring resizing. They always do a great job and my items are done the same day. The staff has always been very professional but friendly.
I have been going to Fast-Fix Jewelry and watch repairs to get my watches repaired, batteries replaced or provide maintenance for years now. Their staff is always so polite, friendly and helpful.
