I dropped off a special bracelet, piece that was totally broken faded and I personally thought it could not be fixed. Boy was wrong! The bracelet looks brand new😀 I recommend anyone looking 👀 to get something repaired this is your guy… professional, quick and affordable.

Beware. This location is a complete rip-off. We went in today to replace batteries in two watches. After a quick glance, they quoted $150 for one and $250 for the other. No detailed inspection, no clear explanation, just a number thrown out. That’s outrageous. The watches themselves are worth about $500 each, so the quote made zero sense. I knew something wasn’t right. We left and drove from Pentagon City to the Fast-Fix in Tysons, same company, same type of service. The price there was $39.99 per watch, which is exactly what you’d expect for a battery replacement. Same brand, wildly different pricing. That tells you everything you need to know. Avoid the Fast‑Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs location. Go anywhere else.

Fast Fix it is a reliable place for jewelry repair and cleaning, and that includes watches. The results are always good and the prices reasonable. The work is either done early or on time. The staff is courteous and the store is located in a convenient location, the Pentagon City Mall. The manager/owner had decades of experience working with jewelry and it shows. I will continue to go to them for watch batteries and repairs as needed.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Fast Fix Jewelers and Benny! He has truly brought my ring back to life (twice) and I’m beyond grateful for his exceptional skill and care. The first time, my ring ended up in the garbage disposal. I was devastated and convinced it was beyond repair. But Benny worked his magic and completely restored it to look as good as new (as you can see in the photos)! More recently, I accidentally hit my ring and badly bent the head and damaged the prongs holding the stone.
