I recently brought in a very special bracelet to be repaired, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I approached the counter, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. They understood how much the bracelet meant to me and handled it with great care. The repair was done beautifully. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and they made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. It’s clear they truly care about both their work and their customers. I highly recommend this jeweler to anyone looking for quality repairs and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.
This place definitely deserves 5 stars! Yoel Carrera did a fantastic job, beyond amazing. My fiancé proposed to me on Christmas, while being on vacation here in Florida. The jeweler back home was closed for a few weeks after new years, so It would have taken me 3 plus weeks to get it resized back home, when we flew home. Definitely didn’t want to wait that long to wear the most beautiful engagement ring, especially after vacation and wanting to show everyone how beautiful it is! Called dozens of jewelers around town, and no one could do it without sending it out or dropping it off for a couple days. We called fast-fix jewelry, and right from the start they were so courteous on the phone. They told us to come on down and they could resize it within an hour or so. Drove an hour to Tampa, dropped it off, walked over to BJs brewhouse to eat dinner, and by the time we walked back, it was done, cleaned, and just absolutely stunning. When they showed it to me, it was like the first time I saw it again, just absolutely stunning. You couldn’t even notice that it was resized! The work he did, was absolutely perfect, stunning, I wouldn’t ask for anyone better. Thank you so much!!! Highly recommend Yoel!!
Had an amazing experience there today! They were able to fix my antique gold plated chain, which needed to also be smoothed, and found another gold chain at a reasonable price that was the length I needed. They also gave my daughter a great deal on a new silver Benedictine cross that she wanted. They were kind and helpful and I really appreciated their excellent workmanship! Definitely visit if you have some jewelry to repair or other jewelry needs.
Absolutely amazing customer service! Everyone is so nice and friendly and the quality of work is amazing! They take the time to explain things to you and are upfront and honest about if they can fix something or not, they helped repair my moms necklace and assisted with getting a few knots out another that we just couldn’t get. From this point forward I’ll be making the drive to them every time I need help with jewelry! Thank you for the amazing customer service and information you shared with us about our jewelry.
I had such a wonderful experience with Mr. Carrera and just wanted to share the experience I had with you. We took three watches to be resized and batteries changed. Mr. Carrera was very pleasant and helpful as he reviewed with us what was needed for each watch and after fixing them he cleaned each one of them to look like new. I also had a ring that needed sizing. He told me that while it cost a lot (ring) that the band was not silver or gold. He then explained of what he thought he could do to fix the problem. The ring was sized and fit well and the cost was very reasonable. He also made my ring look beautiful. I would definitely recommend Mr. Carrera for any type of jewelry you need fixed or any questions you might have.
