Horrible customer service. Went to get my watch battery replaced and the owner literally told me to leave my watch there and come back tomorrow. I said Id wait in the mall and she refused saying they are too busy. So much for "fast fix".

I had a watch sized there by the wife tried it on great, got home took it off and she the "WIFE" TOOK ALL OF THE ADJUSTMENTS FROM ONE FRIGGIN SIDE! I would not recommend them at all!

I had my battery replaced here for $40. The battery replacement comes with lifetime warranty. The battery died not long after I got it replaced, so I went back to get it fixed again. Currently experiencing no issues.👌 Thanks Fast Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs.

If you wanna get ripped off, go here. We took in a Tamagotchi to get a tiny screw removed and we thought it would be a $5 or $10 job for a few minutes of labor but the dude there wanted to charge us $30.
