Dropped off a couple of watches to have their batteries changed. Courtney was phenomenal: courteous, friendly and professional. The work was done very quickly, and even though the price wasn't perfect, her work and personality more than made up for it.
My wife and I have gone to this shop a few times before but it was our first meeting Darren. From our first interaction to the last, it was a very pleasant experience. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, not to mention very swift. We developed a friendship (i assume) almost instantly. We will continue to drive 45 minutes for all our watches needs. Thank you for being so kind and helpful.
It’s nice to have jewelry repair and watch battery replacement services so close to home. The people are very friendly and helpful and very good about explaining things. They also offer other services in case you want to trade in some jewelry or coins. One of my inquiries was about an item they did not have, but they kindly referred me to another store down the mall to get what I needed. Very helpful!! Love and beyond!
