Customer Service here is so bad this place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I took my watch with my lifetime warranty card to get a very simple battery replaced. The man working here was having lunch (I get it we all have to eat and take breaks) and just staring at me when I was standing at the counter. When he finally walked over and gave me the "What do you want" look I told him I need my battery replaced and have the lifetime warranty.... He tells me, "Okay leave it here and come back tomorrow?" I said "What, for a simple battery replacement?" And mind you he was literally doing nothing at the time. I told him I wasn't going to drive all the way back to come pick it up when they call themselves "FAST" fix watch repair. He agreed and said okay come back in an hour.... I then told him I would wait there even for an hour if needed and he said I couldn't wait there -- how rude!! So I left, walked around the mall and came back an hour later to pick up my watch. I had to literally fight to get it done then. This place is complete trash, if it wasn't for the lifetime warrant that that they sold my husband and I on we would never return here.

Horrible customer service - employee doesn’t honor the lifetime battery replacement. Do not give this store a single dollar. I don’t understand how they afford their lease.

It’s more like an over priced repair store. Don’t go there. Other stores would do your repair at a much lower and much more reasonable price. They told me I need to wait for at least an hour and wanted to charge almost 100 dollars for a repair that another jeweler completed within 20 minutes for like 20 dollars.

The employee Carlos is very friendly and passionate about watches, as he told me about how much of a good watch I had and helped replace a missing pin in my watch within a small amount of time. Plus, he made sure the time was correct and told me about how my watch is solar-powered, which I didn't know before then. We even had a nice chat about why he got into the profession by repairing his friends' watches in his garage. So I wouldn't mind seeing him again if my watch gets broken again.

Avoid this location. Asian guy there would not replace watch battery even though I had purchased the lifetime warranty. I never bring the warranty card. I only bring the warranty purchase receipt every time. I have used this same receipt to get the battery replaced for free at FF locations prior (including this one). But this guy would not accept my receipt or even open my watch to check the battery. If he opened it, he could have seen that it was a FF battery. I ended up going to another FF location next day and getting it replaced with just the receipt, no card!
