It was super easy to schedule and work with Joe and the team were recommended by our realtor. Quick response and helped us replace our tankless water heater. David led the project and the team worked quickly. Managed to work through occasional rain showers, so appreciated their efforts to power through so that we can get hot water back.
Fast Response Plumbing & Rooter was excellent to work with. They were prompt, friendly, and reasonably priced, and the quality of the work was great. They cleaned up thoroughly and even hauled away the old toilet, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
I cannot thank Joe enough for the great job he did! Our only bathtub stopped draining & Joe was able to come within an hour of me calling on a Saturday morning. He was very friendly & clearly knowledgeable. He quickly fixed the issue & got us back our Saturday. The pricing was transparent & fair. All around great service. I highly recommend Fast Response Plumbing!
Great experience with this establishment! Called in the morning to have my water heater repaired. Edwin showed up in two hours, checked the burner and determined that we need a new burner and immediately called his distributers to check the warranty and used it to get me the part covered under warranty and charge me a fair labor price. Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They will be my go to plumbing company moving forward.
