Elizabeth and René were pleasures to work with. Communicative, hardworking, and gave us exactly what we asked for. René was able to easily explain the process before work began and even drew mock diagrams of what to expect. Will be working with them again in the future.
Our detached garage had taken a beating over the years, especially during hurricane season. It was long overdue for a full rehab, and after trying for what felt like forever to find a reliable handyman, I finally found one. Father and Daughter Handyman Service was great to work with. Communication was clear throughout the process, and everything was handled in a straightforward and transparent way. They were professional, dependable, and made sure the job got done right. The team showed up when they said they would and delivered quality work from start to finish. I’ll definitely be using them again and have already recommended them to a few friends. If your place needs work and you’re tired of chasing down flaky contractors, give them a call.
Amazing work! We couldn’t be happier with the work that the team did at our home. They were kind and listened to what at we wanted done/needed. They also made suggestions that really helped us make decisions about stain, and additional finishing work. In the end, they surpassed all expectations with the work they completed. We will definitely rehire!!
We are pleased with the work done in our home. From the estimate to the final punch list , from embracing our vision at the time of the estimate, making sure all our concerns were addressed, and any problems that arose were resolved to our satisfaction. The work began the morning it was scheduled and was finished within 3 weeks as was projected. We want to personally mention Dary, Rene's trusted right hand, who was here working morning to night 5 days straight. He is very capable, personable, and never left the premises before cleaning up the project area and his work area in the garage. This was a plus much appreciated. The flooring removal and new install was a major part of what needed to be done. Rene's choice of an individual for this part of the project was spot on, and, again, much appreciated. We are very pleased with the final kitchen expansion project result and have already recommended this company to our friends. The following before and after pictures are worth a thousand words!
My experience went well with this duo… They definitely were not perfect and need a little help with taping up drywall as I have since gone over with Sheetrock (which he does not use, even though I had a plentiful supply). They also left a line on my wall where they installed my barn door (although straight, I cannot scrub it off & painted over it). Overall, they showed up on time, did the job I asked of them & left small repairs that were easy and did not leave me mortified to make. The price was good & the quality was still better than many others I have hired before! I’m sure I will use them again as they were easy to work with and don’t price gauge. Other than their tape job, everything else came out Great!!
