I had the pleasure of working with Atom. After reaching out to him on a short notice with a housing crisis at hand, Atom was more than helpful, diligent and persistent in finding a solution for my housing needs. From scouring all available listings that fit our needs, to booking viewings and showcasing all the best position, we were able to find potential listings. Atom then went above and beyond in ensuring we had a competitive application that would be hard to reject. We were able to secure our #1 choice and have the keys all within the span of three days as we were strapped in time in finding a new home. I recently moved to Ottawa from the UK and what should have been an extremely stressful process was incredibly seamless thanks to Jayden! He was communicative and responsive leading up to the move, sending me options to look at and helping me narrow down the kind of house I wanted. I’m extremely picky but Jayden was patient and reassuring throughout entire process. Once I arrived, I only had a few days to get sorted, but Jayden made sure I was able to view homes as soon as I landed, put in applications swiftly, and negotiated a great deal on our new rental! He was a dream to work with - super friendly, understanding, honest, and genuinely committed to finding us a home we loved in an incredibly short period of time. Even through the hiccups, he advocated for us to make sure we were happy with our rental. Thanks to his efficiency I was able to land in Ottawa and move in within a week (something not short of a miracle.)
