I highly recommend, I've been a part of the Muay Thai Program for over a year. There is a plan for every training, in a controlled environment where you shouldn't get injured, with people you build good chemistry and friendships with. Whether you are competing or just training, the focus is to be the best version of yourself, which overflows into every aspect of your life. Great place to train!
Coach Darien, the Muay Thai coach has created such a welcoming and encouraging environment for our fighters. He is a supportive coach who focuses on your goals as a fighter and the potential he sees in you. He is understanding of everyone’s situations and accommodates accordingly. Overall the best coach you can find in the treasure valley. He runs classes I feel privileged to be apart of, truly amazing!!!
The best gym hands down! Training here brings different people together and in return we build each other up and support one another no matter of what background they come from. Whether you want to just learn Muay Thai, compete, get into shape, learn self defense, and or just overall better yourself and well being this gym is the place! So many amazing people who want nothing but to see the best version of yourself and will support you from day one. Definitely my home away from home.
Such an amazing all inclusive gym! Doesn’t matter who you are or your skill level. The coaches here do such a great job modifying their programs to fit everyone’s need. They have the expertise to help those who are ready for higher level training as well as those just starting out! Highly recommend the boxing classes.
