Clean, well maintained, and a better selected than a lot of the surrounding stores. Would definitely recommend.
If you were wondering if I was having a bad day? Well I wasn’t until I walked into this store. VERY VERY disappointing. had a really disappointing experience at this Wine & Spirits location. The employee who helped me was rude and dismissive. She redirected me to another register with no greeting, no thank you, and no “have a good night.” Her attitude made it clear she didn’t want to be bothered, and that’s unacceptable for customer service. Anyways do not go to her register
I was expecting the workers to be ratchet but they were actually friendly not once but every time I went here to purchase wine definitely worth 5 stars from me!!!!💯💯💯💯💯❤️❤️❤️
Don’t mind the 4 Stars I give, even though they’re worthy/deserve higher, but you really have to be exceptionally EXCEPTIONAL (above & beyond) for me to give someone that 5 Stars. Nevertheless folks, besides occasionally going to the BIG liquor store in Claymont Delaware, I really like going to this place because they have a GREAT/WONDERFUL selection & that’s all you can ask for. Also, the ease & centralized location there in Center City makes this a very CONVENIENT option no matter where you’re from and/or if you’re just passing through via transit. By the way, have a SIP for me please & enjoy.
A monster of a place. Even when I know what I am getting, I like to check out the cordials section and see if they got in any exciting liqueurs or digestifs. I did not always frequent this location but when the service and experience at Fairmount Wine & Spirits started rapidly declining, I began searching for a new place to shop. The employees here are always fast and professional and accommodating. A little smile and some concern for my happiness goes a long way. They shelves are always fully stocked and the place is buzzing with customers. But it is always handled with expediency and courtesy. I am glad this place exists because today was my last day ever shopping at Fairmount Wine & Spirits.
