I will never hire another catering team again! Jackie and her staff are top notch from beginning to end! From her coming to our home for a tasting before we hired them, to truly making my wedding day better, I couldn’t praise them enough. We had quite a few mishaps at our wedding and one thing I was adamant about was the food and the music being great, that was absolutely accomplished. I keep getting calls from my loved ones talking about how great the fish was. (We got the miso Chilean sea bass- AMAZING!) and for me I’m obsessed with the deviled egg cones, the Cajun shrimp tacos, and the cannoli cones as dessert. Throughout the night, the team kept checking on me and at one point brought me 4 cannoli cones because they knew how much I was looking forward to them! Professional, beautiful staff, who truly helped set the tone at our wedding. Thank you a million times!

Her passion for food and entertaining started at just seven years old and has evolved into a remarkable career. A graduate with highest honors from The International Culinary School at The Art Institute, Chef Jackie has cooked for celebrities and luxury brands, but what’s even more impressive is the heart she puts into every event. Her creativity, dedication, and eye for detail truly shine through in every dish and every guest interaction. If you want your event to be unforgettable — with amazing food, flawless service, and a team that treats your guests like family — Finesse Catering is the one to call. Chef Jackie and her team will exceed your expectations every single time.
Went to an event at the Bel-Aire lounge and was welcomed with this jaw dropping, show stopping, graze. Found out it was by Finesse and have hired them for my parties and small dinners ever since. They make the whole experience so easy and tasty!
In the event industry, I’ve had plenty of opportunities to work alongside catering companies. No one has ever blown me away quite as powerfully as Chef Jackie and the Finesse team! They handled the food for several events for a large networking weekend I helped to organize, and every single thing was mouthwatering and flawless. Their presentation is so consistently beautiful and impressive, and somehow the food tastes even better than it looks, which I didn’t think was possible! I had countless guests approach me over the course of the weekend praising the food, from plated dinners to the graze table to the served appetizers. I’m still dreaming about the bruschetta and their cauliflower steak (one of the best vegan dishes I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating in my life). On top of the incredible quality of food, their team is so respectful, prompt, organized, and kind. I wish they traveled everywhere and that I could hire them for every event I do from now on! Highly highly highly recommend working with Finesse!
We are a huge fan of Finesse Catering and Events! From their delicious and beautifully presented menu items (with a wide selection to choose from) to their cleanliness in their prep area in addition to their high attention to detail while onsite at events. Their staff is wonderful and very professional, and the ease of collaboration with their management is another major factor in choosing their team to cater many events in the event space that I operate. Did I already mention how amazing their food tastes?! I highly recommend them for any event where you are looking to wow your guests and deliver an elevated catering experience.
