I had such a great experience here. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. The work done was absolutely incredible — extremely precise, detailed, and clearly done by someone who really knows what she's doing. The staff were so friendly and professional, and the care taken with my alterations really stood out. I couldn’t be happier with the result and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality alterations on the Gold Coast!
Firstly, overpriced. Secondly, I had an issue with a pair a shorts they had fixed (the zipper). Upon wearing it only once, the zipper they had fixed broke. I went in to ask if they can fix it again or at least offer a reduction in charging me a second time. No effort in offering this and wanted to charge me fully again. As a loyal customer who had some alterations here in the past, I was disappointed with this customer service. I will be seeking a new location.

The ladies at Finesse worked wonders on my suit. I had ordered it online and came in a bit too baggy. They adjusted my jacket, shirt and tapered my trousers all in record time. My experience was pleasant and I would definitely recommend to any others who need their suits altered. 5 stars all the way! Thank you ladies!
