I had a really nice appointment at this clinic. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The doctor’s exam went smooth and because it’s such a relaxing atmosphere you feel comfortable asking all kinds of questions. GLORIA and MARIANA were very kind and amazing, working hard to get me the best options possible for my eyewear. I’ve been going to this office even before COVID and plan to keep coming back.
I have been going to Dr. Weikum for eye exams for many years now and have to say Dr. Weikum provides the most thorough eye exams that I've ever experienced where the prescriptions have always been spot on! His staff associates are all very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous on every visit I have ever had at their office! I would like to add a special comment for First Eye Care associate Gloria who has always gone above and beyond in providing first class help and assistance in eyeglass selection and fitting! Gloria personifies her years of experience in this area and attention to detail during the entire process! As a long-time client, I highly recommend First Eye Care for your vision care!!
I’ve had the best experiences here from the moment I walked through the door. The front desk is so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Dr. Kumar has been phenomenal both times I’ve been in once for a scratched eye and the other for my contact/glasses appointment. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, charismatic, and truly goes above and beyond for her patients. They worked with my schedule and got me in quickly, and the front desk walked me through every detail of pricing for both my contacts and glasses. They even helped me stay within my budget and added a small discount so I could afford everything I needed. It doesn’t feel like that typical eye doctor visit you dread, it’s a warm, inviting atmosphere that actually makes you excited to come back. The entire staff is caring, kind, and genuinely invested in helping you. Highly recommend & thank you so much for being so kind and helpful for me!
I had a great experience. They have a lot of different (Glasses) styles and colors for you to choose Everybody was so nice, including my doctor Dr. Wamika Kumar She was literally the best.
Awesome from the get go. Greeted by Mariana. Farah (paradise) did my initial eye exam Very pleasant and cheerful. Dr . Kumar was fantastic. Such a Joy to have a caring person who clearly loves her profession and my sincere appreciation for her Dr. K AS She invested her time in me. Gloria was patient and provided Great customer service.
