This place is awesome. Small family owned store with very very personalized service. Ask for Melanie in sales. She is extremely efficient and responsive . Their in-house installers have been with the company for years and r great and very personable . I have had my 2 story house done and I m beyond pleased. Please visit the store before trying any of those big box stores. U will be happy u did. They r into customer service foremost.
It has been years since I had any flooring done. I discovered that my parents had used First Floor Carpet One Floor & Home twice over the years and my sister and her husband also used First Floor Carpet. They put me in contact with Melanie Locke, who has been there for years. She was very knowledgeable and professional. The installer and his helper cut no corners involving the very detailed trim work. They were in and out in two days. I highly recommend First Floors Carpet One Floor& Home.
I highly recommend First Floors Carpet they did an exceptional job servicing my flooring needs. Their desire to satisfy the customer is their number one goal and they do it very well. From flooring advice & selection to installation of the flooring in our home. Sales and Service: Starting with Melanie, who is fantastic and listened to our needs in helping us pick the right wood flooring. She is a delight to work with. Installation: On the first day, First Floor installers Roger and Ricardo (Experienced veterans) removed existing carpet from 2 bedrooms and existing wood floors in our media room, followed by the leveling the floors. On the second day the new flooring was installed and completed on time to our complete satisfaction! A first class job. Roger and Ricardo were focused on making sure we were happy with our final product and we were. They are flooring experts! Satisfaction & Conclusion: The installation of our wood flooring went smoothly and without a hitch. I was very very pleased with the installers, Roger & Ricardo. I was especially impressed with Roger and his professional,attention to detail and his desire to get the job done to my satisfaction. I was confident in their ability and desire to install the flooring the right way. He is a keeper, don’t let him get away. Two very likable guys. First Floors did a fantastic job. Our sales rep Luis answered all of our questions and never made us feel like we were bothering him. Adrian and his team did an amazing job with the install. Our floors are so beautiful.
I was throughly impressed with both my salesperson Melanie and the installers. Melanie had a sample of what I wanted to match and had the perfect floor picked out when I went to the showroom. I was lent even there 30 minutes and I expected to take the afternoon. I decided to add a little scope to what I had planned and the installation team got it measured and the flooring delivered the next day. It all turned out amazing! They did a fantastic, clean job and I was very impressed.
