Five Course Provision was outstanding to work with beginning to end. We had a last minute event for an intimate dinner and Chef John and his team executed it perfectly. I gave them our event details and the vision we were looking for and they provided a personalized menu for our guests. The communication was consistent and they were very professional throughout the process. Chef John did an amazing job crafting the menu and the flavors. Our main guest said it was one of the best meals he's had in a long time! I highly recommend anyone who's looking for either a small gathering or large event to book with Five Course Provision. Chef John and his amazing staff at Five Course Provision custom catered our wedding in Carmel Valley and it was amazing. Everything was perfect from the appetizers to the main course and through the desserts. We couldn’t have been happier with Chef John’s creations. Chef John is outstanding in every way. He worked closely with us to create a menu that reflected our personal tastes while staying within our budget. His culinary range spans a wide variety of cuisines, and every single dish we tried, whether at our tasting or on the wedding day, was consistently delicious. Chef John’s depth of flavor, creativity, flexibility, and professionalism could easily qualify him to teach a master class. So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. If we had to choose one type of food to eat for the rest of our lives together, we’d choose Chef John’s every time.
