I have been bringing my motorcycle here for service for three years. I have always had great service. They have replaced my tires, performed oil changes, replaced seals in my forks and have repaired my motor. They always stay in touch with me and let me know if there will be any delays in parts, etc. I highly recommend them.
I’ve been getting my motorcycle tires replaced at Five Star Cycles for 15+ years and have never had a problem with their professionalism, their service, or their prices. Manny runs the front and is an absolute pleasure to work with. He’s going to get you back on the road and he’s going to ensure you feel valued, respected, and happy when doing business with them. They aren’t the closest shop to me, but I won’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend taking your bikes to them.
ALL RIDERS PLEASE READ AND PASS THIS ALONG and when an owner does what this one is doing in his response - you know he is in the wrong I had this shop replace both the front and back tires and tubes on my HD 2024 Heritage Classic. The invoice states the tube was a Drag Speciality and I trusted it was. A few days later the tube popped - I had the bike towed to a reputable shop in Stephenville (boneyard cycles) where the shop owner there discovered the tube was pinched and was NOT a Drag Speciality tube but more than likely an Amazon tube. I brought the tube to 5 Star where the owner Tony threw the tube back at me and said it wasn’t his tube. I asked Manny his “service manger” if he backed up Tony and he stated “I wasn’t back there when they replaced it”. I asked to speak to the mechanic who changed it and was told he was on vacation. Tony refuses to back his parts and labor warranty DO NOT BRING YOU BIKE HERE -
Restoring my 1975 BMW R90/6. Needed new tires. I went to 5star cycles and they helped me pick out the right set of tires. They took the time to go through the tire catalog and show me the different tires for my bike. The pricing was competitive and service was quick. They ordered the tires for me and I had them the next day and mounted and balanced in less than an hour. Very helpful staff. I’ll be taking all my motorcycle maintenance needs to this shop.
Had a nail in the sidewall of my rear tire. Brought in the wheel and a new tire and they had it mounted in less than 20 minutes. I left to get cash and by the time I got back I didn't even realize they were finished. Great service and friendly people, Manny even provided an invoice despite only needing the tire mounted which I appreciate for my own records.
