Fast and easy intake process to begin the estimate and repair. Frequent phone and text updates. I dealt with one main point of contact who was well-informed on the repair status. Nice quality of work. Easy pick-up when completed.
I expressed concerns after I noticed a few things wrong after receiving my “back order” non carbon fiber spoiler. My new tail lights have condensation in one of them, there may be a warranty, but they have not gotten back to me. They painted over paint on parking sensor, and the car kept saying there was something behind me until I flaked some of the old paint off. They ordered, and then painted the wrong trunk before fitment, had to wait even longer to receive my car. And then still didnt make my trunk flush with the rest of the car until I went back to get the spoiler. I spoke about cracks in the new trunk and never heard back as well as they said they would get me touch up paint for the parking sensor. I shouldnt need touch up paint after it leaving a body shop. The fake lip spoiler they put on is already fading and its been 2 months or more with 1 car wash. I am not please and will be speaking with the insurance company as well.
