Have a very bad past experience from this store that I dropped my phone to fix and they gave my two weeks to fix when I came back after two weeks the store was closed and no one was answering the phone when they answered me they would say come back after one week and the phone was not fixed
I visited this shop on July 29, 2025, to have my iPhone repaired. Unfortunately, they ended up damaging my phone further, turning it from an active condition to inactive, and were unable to fix it as they had promised. They kept my phone for several days and ultimately returned it to me in worse condition due to their unprofessional service. To make matters worse, they charged me in advance for the repair. I would not recommend this shop, as it seems they do not have qualified technicians to handle phone repairs. I advise against trusting them.
I dropped my phone in water and took it here to be fixed several months ago. I never heard back from them, so I've gone to the store several times to get my phone back. Every time I've gone there during regular business hours, the store is closed or the salesperson says she can't find my phone. I've called the phone numbers associated with the business several times; every time, there is no answer and I'm unable to leave a voicemail. I'm hoping posting here will get a response so I can finally just get my phone returned to me. I noticed that another woman posted a review saying she was close to calling the sheriff to get her property returned to her, and I can now relate to this feeling. Hoping this post will lead to a response from the business owner soon so they can return my phone to me asap.
I visited there yesterday and found the perfect cover for my iPhone 15 pro. The lady was nice and delivered a good customer service. She did accidentally charged me twice and tried to refund my Apple Pay but I don’t see it posted yet. I’ll call them and get it sorted. I told my daughter to go there for her phone cover too…
I left an Atlas 80 volt battery to be repaired. I was told that it could be fixed and was charged $54.25 in advanced. A new battery cost $99. So, I agreed and left battery for repair. After 13 days and 6 back & forth trips to pick up the “repaired” battery, I was told the battery could not be repaired and I could not get a refund, because the company tried to fix it? Since when does someone get paid for “trying” to repair something. I would never recommend or use this firm again!!!! I was contacted by the owner, in response to my complaint. He remembered my issue and offered a full refund, which I obtained today 2/5/2025. I am grateful and wish to reverse my complaint. It would have been easy to forget my issue. But, the owner, instead, responded promptly and properly. And, I thank him very much!!!!
