What a difficult and bumpy repair journey. Huge thanks to the patience of the two technicians. Due to Melbourne’s extreme heat, my laptop overheated, what started as a simple fan cleaning turned into the discovery that the hard drive had been damaged after repeated overheating. Kevin and Felix managed to fix everything within just two days. They even offered me water while I waited in the store, which made the long wait much easier. After the hard drive was repaired, another setback happened when trying to link Adobe, which caused Windows to be locked, truly a repair full of twists and turns, not to mention Kevin himself drove to me and returned my burnt SSD

It was really great and smooth experience with the problem perfectly solved. My wife’s laptop’s screen went black today and we found this fix shop on the red notes. We came straight here and the technician took figuren min to unpack the screen board and check the issue - he immediately identified that the connection was not stable. He took another half an hour to fix it robustly. The problem was soloved perfect. We are impressed with his professional skills and the price is also transparent and reasonable. Strongly recommend.
