We brought our desktop computer in to Elie (owner) to have it upgraded to Windows 11. The PC is 8 years old, so we weren’t sure it was possible. Elie took the cover off, and within a minute said he could do the upgrade. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. He had our computer upgraded and ready to be picked up that very same evening! Elie saved us the cost of buying a brand new computer, and we would highly recommend that before you buy a new computer, speak to Elie first. All of our future computer issues, we will be going to Fixia. Elie is awesome!
My laptop wasn't working when I woke up, so I took it to Elie. He figured out what was wrong right away, and had a fix for me in under an hour. Awesome job, Elie—highly recommend!
Easy, good price, and very quick! Elie (the owner) was fast, friendly, and extremely courteous. He fixed my laptop, which wasn't charging properly. He was diligent about sharing ideas, and understood my budget. He ordered extra parts. He kept me in "the loop" the entire time, and was just really easy to deal with. I'm just reading all of the other comments, and it is all true - this guy is super friendly and seems to genuinely care. All the accolades are legitimate! Great stuff. I always have apprehensions about bringing hardware in to places, but this was easy and affordable and effective. I highly recommend! Thanks Elie!
