Got my iPhone 11 Pro screen replaced. Staff was nice but price was high for the quality of screen that was put on.
New screen purchased. Was not a genuine product. Was not communicated that this was not a genuine product at any time. Phone display was left with dead spot, and ambient light sensor failure. Intermittent flickering. Phone locked me out 5 times. Took back the following day to be fixed. Told to come back if it did it again. Same issues continued. After two days of returning to the business, I took it to Apple who informed me of the issues in a formal report. Sought a refund from the business, as the quality of the goods and service was unacceptable two days in a row. Was refused a refund. Owner lied about what information was shared with me, including that they didn't have the right screen at the time of original replacement. Owner refused to take responsibility for the quality of the goods and service. Owner also refused to refund for non-genuine product and mis-service causing further problems to phone use. $300 out of pocket. Will be taking to ACCC.
Customer service was elite. Mike has helped me with issues with my iPhone and 2 iPads. He is super friendly, trustworthy and always goes above and beyond to help. I will continue to keep going back
