I highly recommend Flaire Weddings! Brooke was our day of coordinator and she was absolutely made for this role! She poured her heart into bringing every detail of our vision to life at both the church and the reception! Calm, sweet and a problem solver, she made our wedding day stress free. You don't know what you'll need on your wedding day until your wedding day! Expect the unexpected! Handing everything over to Brook with complete confidence was the best feeling on such an emotional day! Flaire Wedding's software, especially the timeline, was incredibly helpful! Things got really busy the week of the wedding and Brooke kept this timeline up-to-date with every detail of the day. I texted the link to the bridal party, family and friends and they loved it because it gave them addresses and timelines at their fingertips, including any last minute changes! Brooke is such a sweet memory of mine on such a fabulous day! Hiring Flaire Weddings was the best wedding advice I got!
Flaire Weddings is amazing! Cassie planned my older sister's wedding back in 2021 and did a wonderful job, so naturally she was my first vendor call when I got engaged. She and Brooke were awesome through every step of the planning process and the wedding day. Its clear that they know the ins and outs of the Jacksonville wedding industry, and they kept everything on track. From vendor recommendations to timeline planning and every detail in between, they were incredibly professional and thorough. Brooke went above and beyond when I had some last-minute ideas and managed to make bringing it all to life look so easy. Her calm and pleasant demeanor also continued to make me feel at ease during planning and on the big day. Brooke and her team are truly amazing. She checked in with me many times during the planning season. She gave recommendations for vendors and made sure I completed tasks along the way. I really liked her planning software and checklists! She came with me to the venue for a walk through before the big day and we had phone calls to go over details. She created a timeline for the day and did a lot of communication with vendors once the day got closer! On wedding day, Brooke wowed me. She had every detail set up perfectly, I got to sit back and relax. Everything was thought out, she even sealed the marriage license and kept it safe for us! I was always confident Brooke would do an outstanding job- but she actually blew me away.
Flaire Weddings went above and beyond for my September 2024 wedding! We had Brooke as our coordinator and she was SPECTACULAR! She was fun, attentive, always reachable and just helped make our day so seamless. If you need wedding planners or coordinators, go with Flaire and you will not be sorry!!
