I found my wedding dress at Flares Bridal and couldn’t have had a better experience. My sales associate, Ray, was amazing. She truly listened to what I envisioned and pulled dresses that matched my style perfectly. One dress she suggested was one I probably wouldn’t have picked off the rack myself, but I’m so glad she did because it ended up being the one. Throughout all this, I never felt pressured or rushed and was encouraged to take my time. Ayanna was also incredibly helpful throughout the process, always answering my questions and ready to assist whenever needed. The entire team made the experience feel easy and stress-free. I’m so happy this was the first bridal shop I went to. Highly recommend Flares Bridal if you want a supportive, no-pressure experience.

Flares Bridal gave me an incredible experience from start to finish of finding my dream dress to a final fitting and taking my dress home! Lisa and the rest of the staff were so incredibly kind, passionate, patient and knowledgeable and trust worthy when it came to everything from finding my style, veil and alteration consideration. Fady the in house seamstress is very professional and talented and did an amazing, immaculate job at altering the size, length and other changes that really made the dress fit perfectly with me. The turn around time was also surprisingly very quick! I got to come in as many times as I liked so I was 100% happy with the dress. The store itself is very inviting and has wonderful natural lighting that really makes you shine in a a location that gives us a chance to have a nice lunch and make a day out of being in beautiful Walnut Creek. Thank you FLARE for making this a wonderful highlight to all things wedding. xo ❤️

I had a wonderful experience finding my wedding dress at Flares. The boutique itself is clean, bright, and filled with natural light, which makes the whole experience feel calm and special. They have a beautiful and thoughtfully curated selection, including several European designers, and you can really tell there’s a strong appreciation for both design and quality. That mattered a lot to me given the price point, and I felt the pricing was reasonable compared to overall bridal dress budgets and the craftsmanship offered. The boutique is owned by two kind sisters who were warm and welcoming throughout the process. Since choosing my dress, I’ve been back to try on veils and for my first fitting, and everything so far has been smooth and positive. One small heads-up for future brides: make sure your try-on appointment is fully confirmed with a confirmation email. Their booking system isn’t the most seamless—I experienced a test payment without the appointment actually being booked and only learned this upon arriving, which meant rebooking. Thankfully, things have gone well since then. Overall, a great experience with lovely people, beautiful gowns, and high-quality pieces. I’d definitely recommend Flares—just double-check that appointment confirmation. 💍✨

I had the most amazing experience at Flares Bridal in Walnut Creek! Ray helped me find the dress — and funny enough, it wasn’t even one I picked out myself. The moment I tried it on, it was pure magic — instantly flattering and everything I didn’t know I was looking for. Ray and Lisa treated my family like their own and made the entire appointment feel so special. There was absolutely no pressure to buy; they truly wanted me to find the dress that made me feel the most beautiful and happy on my wedding day. I’m so grateful we made the trip — and I can’t wait to wear my incredible (and surprisingly affordable!) dress down the aisle. 💍✨

I felt so RELIEVED when I walked into Flares Bridal after visiting four other stores and starting to lose hope of finding my dream dress. I'm 5,8 140 with a 34DD chest and found it challenging to find ones that fit but Flares has a beautiful selection with a lot of variety, including lace styles, which I love. I ended up choosing a vintage-style lace gown by Allure for $1,700! I was so happy with how affordable their dresses are compared to other shops I had visited. One thing to be mindful of is the cost of alterations. My alterations came to $1,397.57, and when I asked about making custom detachable sleeves, the estimate (including $250 for the matching material) was an additional $800. While the dress itself was perfect, I hadn't anticipated alterations being such a significant expense. Overall, I would 100% recommend Flares Bridal for finding your dream gown, the experience, staff, and dress selection are amazing. I just suggest asking for an estimate of alteration costs upfront so you can plan accordingly. Although the seamstress did an amazing job!!!!! (See photos)
