A big shout out to Caden, he was our party host. He made having a birthday party easier lol. He was checking in our guests at our party table, offering any help to do decorations, got us ice and water. Kids had a blast, would go back 10/10. Thank you Caden!

my 8 year old son and his friend were chased by two random parents @ this location - which then the parents proceeded to grab my children’s arm and yell at them. They scared them so bad they ran to the parking lot where the parents continued to follow my children!! They stood on the sidewalk screaming at my boys… they then went inside and told the manager the make and model of my car - Which then the manager took it upon her self to also walk out to the parking lot- to my car and try and open the locked vehicle!! My son screamed he doesn’t have consent to talk to her and hid in the trunk!! I’m so upset that the safety of my children in this facility was not provided- how did no one see two adults chasing my kids? Why did the manager follow my 8 year old children out to my car?! When I asked the boys what happened they said two girls were upset that they wanted to play with foam blocks too- and were keeping them from them (Not sharing) and were upset when the boys started playing with them. No matter what could have possibly happened it doesn’t warrant for the assault on my children!!! I’m so upset with what happened with all the adults involved. (This all went down while I was in the bathroom- I always stay the whole time so there’s no excuse to not come get the parent)

My kiddos had free all day pass from their school so we decided to go on my son’s 14th birthday 12/24/25. Although they did have lots of fun I was disappointed in the food granted it’s been a while since our last visit, but I prefer the old food menu. My two youngest kiddos ended up with food poisoning from what I believe was the pizza since it was the last thing they ate before getting sick. It is a fun place not doubt but the food is not my liking.

I liked the place a lot but I have a child with autism who can't resist ice cream and has a fridge all over the way in front, I asked him a day of very few people if they could do me the favor of closing it so that my son could enjoy the park and they told me that it was impossible.... does anyone know if it is impossible to close one of these fridges? Thank you 🙏 For a world with more inclusion and help

Had a great time. Once you buy your socks, you don't have to buy them again. Spacious and plenty of activities. Staff monitoring for unsafe behavior. Fairly clean. Slides, rock wall, slack line, dodge ball, laser tag, arcades, cafe with tables, adult waiting area to watch over the main area.. Plenty of things to do for short attention spans. Easy to tucker the kids out in a couple of hours.
