OMG! The selection! If you don’t find something you love here then you just didn’t look. The staff was friendly without hovering and ready to help. The mock ups gave my wife and I some really great ideas. This is not a discount outlet, they are not giving their stuff away. Although they claim to not be beat on price, you will find things here that you won’t anywhere else.
I had an amazing experience at Floor & Decor – North Richland Hills, thanks to Marlin and her incredible help. I was completely lost when it came to choosing colors and making everything work together, but she guided me through every step. She has a great eye for color and design and helped me put everything together beautifully. Marlin worked with me to find the best design while staying within my budget and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. She was patient, knowledgeable, and truly supportive. I’m very thankful for all her help and highly recommend her to anyone who needs guidance with design and pricing.

The customer service here is exceptional. The staff actually know their products and can help with real project questions, not just surface-level information. I’ve had team members take the time to compare tile options, check inventory in the back, and even recommend tools or materials based on their own experience. For a contractor, that level of support is invaluable. The checkout process is fast, and the Pro Desk is always ready to help with quotes, loading assistance, and order accuracy. When I place online pickup or reserve and hold orders, they’re always ready on time and exactly as requested. Their bulk pricing and contractor incentives also make it easier to stay competitive while maintaining good profit margins. Overall, this Floor & Decor has become my go-to stop for projects big and small. The selection, pricing, and customer service make it the most reliable flooring supplier in the area. I recommend this location to homeowners and contractors alike you won’t find a more consistent and helpful store. The one star missing star is not their fault, they need to hire more people.
I have shopped here multiple times. They have very helpful staff. I was looking for a particular color grout and a staff member had to get out a ladder and fish it out of the back of the shelf. They have an extensive selection of tiles. Great place to get design ideas. Make sure you keep your receipts as it may be hard to find your extra tile months later.
Michael Robinson in the North Richland Hills store in Texas was extremely helpful! He not only guided us to what we needed but went above and beyond helping us with another project. Give him a raise! He deserves it for his excellent service. I’ll be coming here for years to come if this is how you treat your customers!
