Took my car in to these guys for an insurance claim, only a dent in the passenger door from when someone smashed their car door into mine. The team had my car for a week as there was a back log of other cars that needed work on, but my car didn’t even look damaged when I came to pick it up. I was extremely happy with the repairs and customer service overall. Thanks guys!
I sent my car in after my passenger side window broke and also created a lot of other damage on that side of the car, internally and externally. The people at Flow were pretty communicative and I was able to get my car back early. The main thing I was worried about with all the repairs was the paint job (especially after 1 review here) as the glass shattering caused some chips to the paint on the exterior. But it was actually fine and you’d never know that my side window randomly exploded on that day. I’d go back to Flow next time if I needed.
Was extremely impressed with the whole process of getting a quote, through to booking my car in for repairs. I got honest answers & reasonable quotes for the two jobs. I felt I could trust them. When it was ready for pick up, it was like picking up a new car, so impressed.
A good honest panel shop that give friendly service and quotes for all panel and paint repairs. Was so happy with some recent front panel and paint work to my Crafter motor home that l have rebooked for some rust repairs. Accurate estimates and turnaround time frames 👌 They specialise and can accommodate larger vehicles which is a huge bonus for anyone with an RV. 2023 update nothing has changed since the original review.
Had my car in for minor repairs, it took 12 days. Got a text after 10 days on when my car would be ready so communication was good. My car looks brand new again, they also cleaned the inside, all apart from the boot area. The whole process was pretty easy and the staff were very pleasant to deal with.
