pretty dope. even with all the potential geese poop. also the cheapest food in the city. probably the best part about it. literally a cheap and fun day that’s rare to have in this city

My first time playing here and I really like this course. It’s not a country club but it’s very good for a public course. Love that the mats have tees for both lefties and righties. The greens superintendent was the nicest gentleman I’ve encountered thus far playing golf knew the course really well and even tempted me to go a second round at a discount. Be careful of the REALLY muddy back fringe of hole nine. No way to hit a ball of out that, just take a drop. Again the Superintendent gave a great explanation that the creek level rises and soaks that part of the course and that they’re working on fixing it. There was a cigarette butt on the greens on hole-9 but no big deal. This is NYC! Greens were in decent shape. Was a little messed up on hole-10, but that could just be soil erosion or knucklehead Queen’s NYC golfers. Again the Superintendent was aware and on the case. Overall was really pleased with the experience

My fiancé and I did the mini golf course, 18 holes in total. It was pretty fun. Loved it and recommend it for everyone! They also have a full golf course as well! We went around 6 pm on Sunday! Pretty empty, no waiting.

Great golf course. Convenient, 15 minutes away from my medical office. Was happy to find their hours of operations was 8am-9pm. I called and confirmed they were open on this slightly drizzly day. Was told $20 to play the first 18 holes and an additional $10 to repeat the course. I was greeted at the course by a lovely attendant who stated there was only 1 other golfer on the course. Since we were both beginners, this was a great opportunity for a relaxed and unhurried round. Unfortunately, that’s when the fun ended. The attendant visited us 3 times while we were on the course and asked us to “hurry up” and play as if someone was behind us, but there was no one behind us. Then she appeared with a gentleman named “Juan” who came up to us on his cart and was cursing repeatedly and shouting at us saying we are playing too slow and told us the course is closed and he is waiting for us to leave. However, it was clear on the park sign as well as their automated answering machine, the golf course closed at 9pm, no mention of a time limit per player and we were looking forward to paying another $10 to play another round. We expect to be treated nicely while on the course. The cursing was unnecessary and if they have specific rules they need to be posted and communicated before we pay to play.

Intimate and compact golf course. 18 holes offered. Most are Par 2, or 3. City park, so greens conditions can vary. Easy landscaping. Nice views of nearby Citifield, USTA Tennis center. Mini golf course on site. Informal. Not too crowded, Senior rates offered. Near public transportation.
