This is place is fun for kids and for birthday parties. We’ve been coming here for 5 years. It’s good for the kids on a cold day or a hot day to come and burn off some steam and get an hour of exercise The last 2 times I’ve been however the fire alarm has been going off while we’ve been there. No one evacuates and it just seems like everyone shrugs and keeps on playing but I just wanted to mention it. After an hour of the alarm going off it can give some people a head ache. I was here on MLK day it was the most crowded I’ve ever seen the place.

Amazing experience at Flying squirrel! Our toddler got rid of so much energy and had a blast in the process! I would highly recommend this place for families of all ages!
We had our daughter's birthday party here a couple of days ago, and it was such an amazing time! The facility is very clean, and the restrooms are clean, so to me that means they make cleanliness a high priority. We had 16 kids total, and the experience was extremely positive. Bruce, our party host, was great! He was very professional, efficient, energetic and attentive. He was very helpful every step of the way and made sure we were having a great time! The party package is costly, but it is worth every penny. They do all the work, all the set up and the clean up! The package includes 2 hours of jump time, and by the end of the party, the kids were worn out! The package also comes with two pizzas (we bought an extra pie because we had more than the 10 kids the party is designed for), bottled water for each child (Bruce also brought us out pitchers of water and cups), and for the birthday child- they get a coupon to have an hour of jump time for a future visit, a keepsake water bottle and a plushy squirrel doll. Also included are the table cloths, paper plates, napkins and plastic utensils. You don't have to bring anything but the birthday cake! The party was just perfect for this milestone birthday. So many fun memories were made, and we couldn't have asked for a better, stress-free afternoon. Thank you!
10/10!!! No complaints at all. Make sure you fill the waiver out before you arrive for smooth check in. This place is huge and we'll maintained unlike Sky zone. Lots of things for kids to do of all sizes. Kids had a blast and it didn't break my pockets. The staff actually looks like they enjoy their jobs. They correct wild kids and have structure. You don't typically see that at these type of places. Will be back. Kudos Management
