This mess was present throughout the two hours we were here. Workers walked by it multiple times, and children frequently ran through it. It was a puddle when we arrived, but the children still enjoyed the trampolines.
I had much fun here 😁 One of the workers Ashley was so kind, let us request songs and made sure we were safe and secure when we rock climbed, 10/10 experience 🔥🔥 (pls give Ashley a raise 🙏🙏🫰🫰❤️)
We had a wonderful experience at Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park on St. James Street in Winnipeg, and I truly wanted to share how kindly they treated us as customers. I visited with my children, and after some time we needed a place to pray. As Muslims, prayer times are important to us, but there was no obvious quiet space available. I spoke with one of the staff members at the reception, and without hesitation, they were very respectful and understanding. My wife and I were kindly given a space inside the office where we could pray comfortably. That gesture alone meant so much to us and really showed their respect and care for their customers. On top of that, I had purchased a game card for my kids, but the credits ran out very quickly after just a few games. I didn’t realize how many credits were required per game, so I went back to the reception to ask about it. The manager personally came out, listened to my concern, and generously used his own card to let my kids play four more games. That level of kindness and customer service truly impressed me. Because of these thoughtful actions, I have even more respect and love for Flying Squirrel and its amazing team. They went above and beyond to make our visit positive and memorable. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you, Flying Squirrel, for your kindness, respect, and excellent customer service!
It was my first time visiting Flying Squirrel and believe me im definitely coming back, the place was huge I made alot of new connections and friends and I had the best time everrr, HUGE SHOUTOUT to Amy and Adesh for being the best staff out there (tip: Neon Lights is Worth every buck so do it) 😊
First time coming to Flying Squirrel Trampoline park and what a blast! My kids jumped for an hour and wanted to stay longer. The staff was attentive and friendly keeping an eye on everyone. Even when one child jumped and looked to hurt his neck the staff were on scene right away and made sure everything was okay with them. Definitely made me feel confident in leaving my children's safety with them. Can't wait for us to go back!
