I have worst Experince today with the staff Two staff women were very rude to me.. i asked for the shoes size to try before buy i was going to pay she refused and said you cant .. i didn’t expect this from them then i tried something else and when i went to but again she refused and said i returned stay in que .. i was waiting too long after that they said they don't have now and i returned …so rudeeeeee

Recently a few days ago I had a really disappointing experience at this store. I picked items from their own display with clearly marked prices, but at the counter, I was suddenly charged much more. When I questioned it, they claimed the price tags were “wrong” and blamed customers — even though the tags were clearly theirs. I asked why they didn’t inform me before billing, and got no answer. This feels misleading and unprofessional. Be careful — double-check prices before you pay!🙏🏻

Good evening guys Went to this store today around 19:15 19:30 bought a coat 2 shirts and gloves and went to JD sports bought a load of stuff Xmas shopping. Went back into store to look for something for my partner never seen anything she liked. When I was about to leave the alarms went off security had pulled me up said do you mind I said I bought these things earlier. Then one guy comes over and starts looking at the receipt then saying its not this coat in my bag started searching all my pockets the whole store was looking searching my coat I bought inside out bouncing around the place no respect no customer service skills. Management apologised on his behalf FOOTASYLUM is this how you treat your working customers. I then left got back home and realised they never even put my receipt back in my bag not happy at all. I want a full apology from all members involved and maybe something off I have no receipt at all. Management was OK to be honest but the other guy if can't get the staff why are you employing him to turn valuable customers away. The way he was searching my coat was next level and then was saying its not that coat I had bought all his hands over my garments the embarrassment when people looking I do security if do customer service security do your job accordingly and to a high standard I want to take this further now. People I know see on a regular walking past saying I never knew he was like that. I want something now in return just for the audacity and the way I was treated footasylum I want a full response this will be going on trip advisor. Think make them barriers go off on there own no tags at all inside my bag Kind regards Jermaine
