I've had a wonderful experience with Foothills Physical Therapy. I've been working with Sarah Kibiloski for the last several months, and she has been such a knowledgeable, compassionate, and helpful therapist. I first started working with Sarah in February of this year, after a serious compound tib/fib break. Sarah assisted me to get back on my feet (quite literally!) and in that process, noticed that my stability on my other ankle was troublesome, and recommended I take action (surgery) to rectify that issue. I would not have even known that the type of surgery I had was even available, but for Sarah's guidance, and it has been tremendously helpful for my stability, balance, and all around movement. Highly recommend Sarah, and Foothills Physical Therapy in general, for all your PT needs.

Chris is an excellent therapist who kept me motivated and made sure I met all my goals after having both of my knees replaced. I can now do so many things that I haven't been able to do in years! Thanks Chris!

Despite injuries not being the best experience, my time going through treatment here has been incredibly pleasant. I’ve gone to Beau a couple times these past couple years dealing with a knee that was long overdue for TLC(currently being treated from meniscus surgery). Beau and the rest of the staff are very kind, encouraging and truly care about what they do! I highly recommend Boise’s Foothills Therapy location

I am currently working with Jerret Hopstead at Foothills PT. From the very first session, he has been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He took the time to understand my issue. He listened! His encouragement and positive attitude make sessions something I look forward to. Jerret is not only helping me recover physically but also is giving me confidence in my ability to stay active and strong. I highly recommend Jerret to anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate physical therapist. His dedication and expertise truly make a difference.

I will say their physical therapists are very personable, and one of the receptionists was also very nice. One. That said, their billing and/or knowledge of insurance processing is atrocious. I was billed different prices for different services included in each appointment, which is fine, but I was also charged random amounts to my FSA that never matched with the claims. One day while waiting for my therapist, I heard another client stating that they had received a bill for over $400.00, and it prompted me to ask about my own billing. When I asked about this, simply stating that while I had no issues paying my balances, I did NOT want to be saddled with a huge bill at the end because NO ONE could tell me the costs, the receptionist and/or office manager was extremely rude, and snidely said, “Well, we can charge you THIS amount every time if that’s what you want.” This amount being the highest of the co-pays that I had paid up to that point. Still, with zero explanation as to how each appointment was different and each co-pay was also different, and how they never matched the claim. I then attempted to contact the phone number listed on one of their statements as the “billing” department to get a detailed statement with all the charges that I had been billed for and paid. The voicemail (no one ever answers that line) stated that if you call before 2pm, you can expect a call back by the end of the day. After 2pm, you’d hear back from them the next business day. I called before 2pm the first time, and I never received call back. After I canceled my remaining appointments due to my claims continuing to come in with different amounts due vs. what I was paying, I started receiving letters regarding the remaining balance. The whole reason I had asked in the first place was now coming to fruition. Again, I called the billing number, listened to the same voicemail, and to-date have never received a call back. I did, however, receive a red notice stating that it was the final bill I would receive, and yes, I paid it. With all that’s going on right now, I can’t have an account in collections, but at NO TIME, did Foothills provide me with the documentation I had asked for. They couldn’t even be bothered to call me back. Up to the point I had canceled the remaining appointments, I was allowing them to auto-deduct from my FSA, fully trusting them with billing and charging my card. All this to say, if money is of no concern to you, the therapists are pretty good, but if you have to be mindful or your money and/or FSA limit, I would choose another provider for the service. Also, if you’d like to have front desk staff that doesn’t act as if they’re being personally attacked when you question billing, avoid this place at all costs. I ended up paying a balance of almost $150.00 with no one substantiating the costs or even returning my calls. Had I kept all of my appointments, I too would have received a bill of $500.00+ at the end of my treatment. There are better providers out there.
