I really like this store and the staff were always helpful. One time a staff member said I didn't have the right type of £20 note so I phoned my dad to use his card but he realised he was mistaken and it was sorted. I also get what I'm looking for and the staff are friendly and helpful. It has every comic you can think of and toy . It has a brilliant horror section too.
Ignorant male staff member at till... Walked in spoke with the female member asked if there was any labubus available for my daughter, she pointed the last two available to me. I told her I'm going to send a picture to my daughter to make sure she was happy with that one, female staff replied "ok' and moved one step to my left to allowed the people behind me to be served... As soon as I lifted my mobile and took the picture the male staff member turned his back to a customer he was dealing with and started questioning me. "What are you doing" "You have to ask for permission to take photos its store policy" I challenged his approach and told him he's being quite aggressive and it's for my daughter, which he replied again "it's store policy to get permission" Shocking attitude towards a customer planing to spend around £300 on gifts for my kids...over a picture of a doll being sent to their child. I've shopped in forbidden planet on and off for years and the aggressive manner this male staff member had is just a joke... He got involved in something that had already be sorted with the female staff member and myself when I first walked in.
