Have been for 2 inspections and wheel bearing replacement. They always are very welcoming and get everything done in a timely manner as well as a reasonable cost. Never try to sell me on unnecessary work. Will keep coming back!
Called to ask for a quote about an issue identified with my car, don’t know what I did to piss him off but did not appreciate being barked at by who I assume is Jason. He seemed annoyed for whatever reason, telling me he doesn’t replace just a torn boot and that the whole axle will need to be replaced, and that he’ll send me a text and to send him the VIN for the exact price and hung up. That’s all fine and dandy but I decided to just take it back to the Audi dealership because I’d rather pay more and be treated with respect. Had my oil change done here a year or two ago and I am now recalling he wasn’t very friendly over the phone then either.
About 2 months ago, I was looking for a trusted mechanic to do a repair on my AC blower. I thought there may have been another issue as well. Jason did not try to make me do unnecessary repairs, like some mechanics would. He worked with me. I use my car for work and was able to do the repair on a Saturday so I didn’t have to take off from work. Yesterday, my check engine light started flashing. Jason knew the problem immediately and said I could bring it there. Within only a few hours, the repair was complete. His prices are very fair. I am so happy with this place and recommend them to anyone.
This place is amazing! I've had nothing but good experiences when coming here. What stands out most about them is their honesty and fair pricing. They take their time to explain the issues with my car and never pressure into unnecessary repairs (as many others try to do). I will always recommend them to any family or friend that needs repairs
I feel embarrassed it’s taken me so long to leave a review, but as a young woman Jason made me feel very welcomed and was very polite and courteous to me. Not a lot of shops have good customer service, but this is one of them. They were very communicative and respectful to me and I will only be bringing my car here as I want to give them my business. He was very flexible and accommodating for dropping off and picking up my car. Thank you again! Edit: I’m pretty sure they ghosted me but you should still bring your car here lol
